When a call comes in, the UBlocker automatically connects to HQTelecom’s secure cloud server to verify the caller’s number. It checks three lists: the Global Blacklist, your Personal Blacklist, and your Whitelist.  If the number appears on any blacklist, the call is disconnected within 1–2 seconds, stopping unwanted calls before you even pick up.
